Return Policy

ETURNS & EXCHANGES 

We use Standard Sizes to help you pick the perfect size. However if you still want to swap your items for another Size product you may raise a Complaint Within 24 Hours. And return the product along with the tags in its original packaging along with the invoice. Please mention your desired exchange piece along with the size on the invoice. The exchange piece must be of similar or higher value. You may also mail us on warfe.connect@gmail.com for the same.

Important thing to keep in mind while sending back the product for returns/exchanges:

  • All items must have the original tags, and should not be worn, washed or damaged, with no smell of perfume, deodorant or detergent.
  • All items should be free of makeup or tan marks. We do NOT process refund & cancellation requests. 
  • Altered/Custom outfits will NOT be eligible for exchange.
  • We do NOT accept returns & exchanges on international orders.
  • All items must strictly be in resalable condition.
  • All complaints should be raised within 24 hours of receiving the product.

Please Note- During festivals, pandemics or adverse weather conditions your shipment could get delayed. We ensure you that we will try our best to have your parcel delivered to you in good time.
